    1787 MAIL BRECKNOCK TO QUEEN ANNE'S BOUNTY LONDON WITH SCARCE LONDON 'EXPERIMENTAL' CIRCULAR DATE STAMP TYPE L4c. Fine wrapper, small part missing on reverse, from Brecknock to 'Robert Chester Esqr. Brick-Court, Temple London' charged '6' and dated 24th March 1787. On reverse (over flap) light strike 'BRECK/NOCK' two line hand stamp in black (W352) also good to fine strike of the scarce London 'experimental' circular date stamp type L4c 'MARCH/B/28'. The London hand stamp only in use March 1787. (Ref 125283).
