Fox Brothers and Co., Wellington' dated 8th January 1851 with 1d (SG8) lettered PL with four close to very large margins, tied '285' numeral of Exeter. On reverse good strike 'Saint David's Hill/Penny Post' hand stamp in dark blue (DN1170), small part missing where wax seal cut away otherwise fine to very fine and alongside EXETER date stamp JA 8 1851.
