1853-4 DIE 1 PL.163 MATCHED PAIR LETTERED PD 1D IMPERF (SG8) AND 1D PERF (SG17). Fine used 1853 1d imperf pl.163 (SG8) lettered PD with fine four margins and cancelled '383' of Hull, matched with a fine to very fine used example from the very scarce S.C.16 printing (SG17) with fine perforations and cancelled '-64' numeral. Both stamps show BLIND P. (Ref 122534).
