Description
1856-7 1D PL.27 MATCHED PAIR LETTERED RF ON BLUED PAPER (SG29) AND WHITE PAPER (SG40). Fine used 1856 1d pl.27 red-brown on blued paper (SG29) lettered RF in a deeper shade and cancelled neat '603' of Oxford. Matched with used rose-red on white paper printing (SG40), several shorter perforations but cancelled neat London '78' numeral. (Ref 120535).
