On front good strike boxed 'Shaftesbury/Penny Post' hand stamp in black (DT458) and superb strike unframed 'No.6' receiving house hand stamp of Marnhull. Letter reads 'I have this day Committed to take his trial at the next sessions, James Haywood, for stealing Barley and a sack from his Master...'. (Ref 119830).
