1758 DORSET/'WEYMOUTH' TWO LINE HAND STAMP (DT651) USED 16 YEARS EARLIER THAN RECORDED. Letter Weymouth 'To the Earl of Lauderdale Edinburgh' dated Dec 14 1758, on reverse good large part strike two line 'WEY/MOUTH' hand stamp in black (35 x 15) (DT651) used 16 years before county cat. records. Also on reverse London Bishop mark '18/DE' and non contemporary violet hand stamp. (Ref 119814).
