1827 DORSET/'BRIDPORT PENNY POST' HAND STAMP (DT118)/'BEAMINSTER' HAND STAMP (DT10). Front and rear flap with addressee cut away and repaired to London, charged '3/7', on front fine strike 'BEAMINSTER' straight line hand stamp in black (DT10) and boxed 'No.2' receiving house hand stamp of Beaminster. On reverse fine strike 'BRIDPORT/Penny Post' hand stamp in black (DT118), also London date stamp 10 JY 1827. (Ref 119668).
