Envelope used locally in London with incomplete strike of franking impression, without value and franking machine has damaged envelope at right. On front fine strike charge mark '6D/SW19/TO PAY POSTAGE CANNOT BE PREPAID BY MEANS OF AN INCOMPLETE FRANKING IMPRESSION...' with 6d postage due cancelled LONDON date stamp 28 NO 63. (Ref 118756).
