1837 MOURNING ENVELOPE/DORSET/"TOO LATE" HAND STAMP (DT63). Fine letter on mourning paper Hinton Martell to Dorchester dated Feb 20th (1837) and charged "5". On reverse very fine strike of the boxed italic style "Too Late" hand stamp in black (DT63) and BLANDFORD date stamp FE 20 1837. (Ref 111408).
