Fine printed letter from the Stamp Office, Somerset-Place, Legacy Duty Department London dated 16th June 1829 addressed to "Mrs Jane Brett Longburton Dorset" and re-directed to Dorchester and again to Sherborne. Charged "10" and on front fine strike of the smaller type Dorchester "Missent.to" hand stamp (DT254), alongside fine strike DORCHESTER hand stamp mileage erased (DT223). On reverse London date stamp JU 17 1829. (Ref 110415).
