1823 ESSEX/"RUMFORD 12" MILEAGE MARK (EX386). Fine letter Romford to Putney Surrey dated 30th Dec 1823, charged "4" on front and on reverse good strike "RUMFORD/12" mileage mark in purple (EX386) showing Rumford for Romford. This hand stamp unrecorded in this colour in county cat. (Ref 110334).
