PL.199 (QF) (SG17). Good used 1854 die 1 1d pl.199 S.C.16 (SG17) lettered QF, good perforations but heavier Scottish "108" numeral of Dumfries. Stamp clearly shows 6 O'CLOCK RAY FLAW NW SQUARE and the deeper shade characteristic of this plate. RPS cert 225213. (Ref 100780).
