Letter, minor soiling, from the 'Inland Revenue Office London' to Northfield, Worcestershire dated 23rd August 1861, on front manuscript 'O.H.M.S.' and alongside fine strike 'OFFICIAL-PAID/LONDON' date stamp in red AU 23 61. Letter evidently missorted and on front fine strike 'MISSENT.TO/WORCESTER' hand stamp in black (WO929). (Ref 129587).
