E Franel and Co, Turin' with fine strip of three 4d carmine (SG66a) and Die 2 1d rose-red on white paper (SG40) X 7 tied fine strikes London '19' Inland Office numerals. On front oval 'P-D', Paid to Destination oval handstamp in red. On reverse 'LONDON' date stamp in blue MY 18 1858. Stamps paying 1s 6d ¾ oz rate via Marseilles and 1d late fee. Good usage.
