On reverse light strike 'PRESTEIN' handstamp in black (W1961/1963) and fine strike London Bishop mark '5/0C', tear affects. Letter concern the Augmentation of 'Cwm Nenadd Estate' in Glaf Cwm, Radnorshire. The writer States 'The Directions for me muft be at 'Lan Avan-Vawr near Builth in Breconshire by the Hay Bagg'.
