SAMUEL MONTAGUE UNDERPRINTS ON 2D BLUE (PP128) AND 1S GREEN (PP133) USED ON COVER. 1868 wrapper from Samuel Montague in London to Genoa with 2d pl.9 (SG45) lettered EB and 1s pl.4 (SG117) lettered TC with good to very fine underprints (stamps lifted for inspection) tied London numerals. Back stamped LONDON FE 21 68. Also 1870 cover with Samuel Montague perfins. Very rare usage. (Ref 83699).
