Good example of the 1890 Penny Postage Jubilee 1d blue envelope with insert, usual minor soiling, from London to Victoria, British Columbia with 2½d Jubilee (SG201) tied fine strike 'LONDON E.C.' hooded circle JY 3 90, the second day of the South Kensington Exhibition but not posted at the Exhibition. On front Canadian date stamp JY 21 90. Good usage. (Ref 134424).
