Adams Esquire, Tenbury, Worcestershire' with 1d (SG8) lettered OG, touched at lower left otherwise good margins and tied fine strike Ludlow Maltese cross. On reverse fair strike 'Cleobury/Penny Post' hand stamp in black (SH114) and 'LUDLOW' date stamp DE 6 1843. Filing fold clear of stamp and hand stamps. (Ref 132491).
