1843 1D PINK ENVELOPE KINGSTON TO LONDON WITH 'T.P/KINGSTON' HAND STAMP. 1d pink envelope, rear flap missing and corner fault, from Kingston to 'Mrs Tanner, 5 Adelaide Street, West Strand London' with additional manuscript 'To remain till called for' and cancelled fine strike black Maltese Cross. Alongside very fine strike 'T.P/Kingston' Twopenny Post hand stamp used as a receiver, struck in black, on reverse London date stamp DE 21 1843. (Ref 124482).
