    1886 2d BLUE REGISTERED ENVELOPE MANCHESTER TO LEIPZIG UPRATED 2d (SG189), 2½d (SG190) AND 3D LILACS (SG191). 2d blue registered envelope Manchester to Leipzig, slight scuffing to address but with unusual franking of lilacs 2d (SG189) 2½d (SG190) and 3d (SG191) paying 7½d triple letter rate to Europe. Stamps cancelled '498' numerals of Manchester and alongside 'REGISTERED/MANCHESTER' oval date stamp 13 DE 86. Unusual franking. (144270).
