Fine mourning envelope London to Paris with 4d carmine watermark small garter (SG62) and 1d (SG21) lettered PH tied London numerals, cancellations look a little odd but appear to be tied. On front "PD" oval hand stamp in red and on reverse London date stamp 19 OC 1855 with PARIS receiver. (Ref 113279).
