1913 LARGE SINGLE CYPHER WATERMARKED PAPER WITH EIGHT IMPRESSIONS AS USED FOR THE SEAHORSE ISSUE OVERPRINTED 'CANCELLED' TYPE 24. Fine sheet of paper (240 x 104mm) with eight fine impressions of the large single Cypher watermark as used for the Seahorse issue and spaced for that printing, also with top sheet margin with 'POSTAGE WATERMARK'. Each watermark impression with fine 'CANCELLED' overprint type 24 in black, manuscript upper right 'A1'. Apparently this piece emanated from the 'file-copies' retained by the printers for their reference. Rare and very fine item for the Seahorse collector. (Ref 128228).
