Fine letter from Kingsweston in Somerset sent free mail to 'William Dickinson Esqr., Upper Harley Street, London' endorsed 'M.P.' at lower left. On front good to fine strike circular 'FREE' hand stamp in red (L767) and fine strike 'SOMER/TON' two line hand stamp in black (SO693), used two years later than county catalogue records. On reverse London Bishop mark '31/MA'. Letter from a William Reynolds, M.P. (Ref 129449).
