Letter, some faults, damp affected, from Bartletts Buildings, London 'To Mr. Abraham Stevens, Atty. at Law, Stowey near Bridgwater, Somersetshire' dated 29th April 1779 and charged '4'. On reverse fine strike 'Partington' straight line hand stamp of the London General Post receiver Richard Partington who was a stationer at 58 Holborn Hill and used this straight line hand stamp 1771 until 1782.
