Rolph Esqre., Bedford House, Clevedon, Somersetshire' with die 1 1d S.C.16 (SG17) lettered PA tied London '47' Inland Office numeral. Stamp several missing perforations and slight creasing affects. On reverse good to fine large part strike 'Connaught-Terrace' straight line London receivers hand stamp in blue (L514b), listed by County Catalogue and Feldman but 'unrecorded used'. Hand stamp part overstruck London date stamp 12 JU 1854. (Ref 128797).
