Secretary to ye Govrs. of Queen Annes Bounty, Brick Court, Temple, London' dated 21st May 1780 and charged '4'. On reverse good large part strike 'WINCAN/TON' two line hand stamp in black (SO975) and London Bishop mark '2/IV'. Ex Martin Willcocks. (Ref 128211).
