Four usages, ex Dr Trapnell, two 1967 missives used in London, the first with cut out only of the Queen's head from a Machin definitive, surprisingly accepted for postage and cancelled 10 AUG 1967, the second with cut only '3D' value tablet of the same Machin definitive, also surprisingly accepted for postage although cancelled on reverse 10 AUG 1967. Two other usages, one 1987 use to Newnham wth 1967 pre-decimal 1/9 flowers issue (SG722) with both stamp and 'Please use the postcode' label both cancelled 31 DEC 1987 and lastly a 1983 unaddressed envelope from Bristol containing £5 that was successfully retrieved.
