A fine circa 1890 Deraedemaeker reprint in black on grey wove paper with image of 'MERCURY' ? at upper left, also images of peace including a dove and pair of clasped hands. Inscription reads 'BRITAIN/FROM THEE THE WORLD EXPECTS AN OCEAN PENNY POSTAGE/TO MAKE HER CHILDREN ONE FRATERNITY'. (Ref 118218).
