1853-4 1D PL.162 MATCHED PAIR OF IMPERF (SG8) AND PERF (SG17) LETTERED SJ. Good to fine used 1853 1d pl.162 (SG8) lettered SJ with four very close to fine margins and cancelled '46' numeral of Banbury (Oxon), matched with good used 1d S.C.16 (SG17) lettered SJ, centred low and several short perforations. Both stamps clearly show 'S MISPLACED IN LETTER SQUARE'. Ex Folkard. (Ref 120767).
