1892 WRAPPER EX PARCEL EXETER TO CULLOMPTON WITH 'PARCEL POST/EXETER' HAND STAMP. A fine wrapper (207 x 107) from Exeter to Cullompton in Devon with manuscript 'Parcel Post' and presumably originally attached to a parcel of papers with 3d Jubilee (SG203) cancelled good to fine strike 'EXETER' parcel post hand stamp and alongside very fine almost complete strike boxed (76 x 40) 'PARCEL POST/EXETER' hand stamp in black dated JUL 22 1892. A most unusual usage. (Ref 129535).
