CIRCA 1871 ENVELOPE KEBLE COLLEGE, OXFORD USED WITHIN OXFORD WITH KEBLE COLLEGE ½D VERMILION PERF 10½ (CS5). Circa 1871 envelope from Keble College, Oxford locally used in Oxford to 'Mr Simons, Boot Maker, Broad St' with good Keble College ½d vermilion perf 10½ (CS5), soiled and slight with embossing at lower right but tied very fine strike of the five dots or 'Pips' cancellation. Very rare usage. (Ref 142471).
