Good used 'On His Majesty's Service' envelope, slight soiling, used in London to 'Messrs Debenham and Freebody, 25 Wigmore St' with fine and complete strike of the very scarce 'TOWER.OF./LONDON' cachet in black with a fine illustration of the Tower of London at centre, part overstruck 'LONDON.E.C/E.C68' duplex 30 DE 03. At lower left 'On Office of Works' Business' imprint. (Ref 134383).
