1840 1D MULREADY ENVELOPE USED IN LONDON MAY 29TH 1840. Fine used 1d Mulready envelope, stereo A131 used in London to 'J. A. Roebuck, .... Gray's Inn', minor bend but cancelled very fine strike red Maltese cross of London and on front light strike 'T.P/Pimlico' receivers hand stamp in black. On reverse fine strike London date stamp MY 29 1840. Fine May Day usage. (Ref 140895).
