1847 MOURNING ENVELOPE USED LOCALLY IN LIVERPOOL WITH 'WATERLOO' UDC. Fine mourning envelope used locally in Liverpool addressed to 'The Revd, Thos Nolan, Hope Street, Liverpool' with 1d (SG8) lettered QL with four very close but clear to fine margins and tied fine strike '466' numeral of Liverpool. On front good to fine strike 'WATERLOO' udc in black, on reverse 'LIVERPOOL' date stamp NO 19 1847. (Ref 133015).
