Post card Blankenberge (Belgium) to Feltham Middlesex with 3d Wilding cancelled triangular 'L.S.' hand stamp, stamp not accepted for postage as invalid in Belgium with 'T' tax mark and UK '2D/I.S' charge mark in black.
