Envelope, 250 x 152mm, slight creasing but well clear of all stamps, sent air mail London to Rio de Janeiro with fine 1929 £1 PUC (SG438), fine Bradbury Wilkinson Seahorses 2/6 (SG415a) and 5s (SG416), also KGV 6d (SG426a) cancelled 'LONDON' date stamps 30 JNE 33. On front two fine to very fine strikes of Zeppelin cachets, on reverse 'Via Condor-Zeppelin...' cachet in purple and 'RIO DE JANEIRO' date stamp 5 JUL 33. A wonderful commercial usage paying the £1 8s rate. (Ref 141890).
