Fine letter from Henrietta Street dated 28 Oct 1824 to 'William Witham Esq, No.8 Grays Inn Square', on front fine strike hand stamp '2' charge mark, part overstruck fine strike boxed 'T.P/New St C.G' receivers hand stamp (L504/NEWSCG6), apparently this being earliest known used example. (Ref 136525).
