1835 UNDELIVERED MAIL USED IN LONDON/TWOPENNY POST. Letter from 28 Golden Square to 'Mrs. Chandos Leigh, 10 Grosvenor Place' dated 21st March 1835, on front good strike hand stamp '2' charge mark in black and light strike framed 'T.P/Brewer St' London Twopenny Post receiver's hand stamp in red (L504a). On reverse manuscript 'Gone away not known' with several London date stamps. (Ref 125037).
