Fine entire from London to Sturminster Newton Dorset dated July 25th 1848 with 1d (SG8) lettered SL, just touched lower right, tied fine strike "14" numeral of the London Inland office and alongside good strike "Millbank-St" receiver's hand stamp in red. Letter redirected to Torquay with ms "1" charge and on front superb strike STURMINSTER udc in black. Back stamped TORQUAY JY 27 1848. (Ref 111417).
