CIRCA 1760 MAIL STAMFORD TO LONDON WITH UNRECORDED 'STAM/FORD' ALBINO HAND STAMP. Undated wrapper, circa 1760 from Stamford 'To Sr. John Heathcoate In London' and on reverse good strike unrecorded 'STAM/FORD' two line hand stamp (23x12mm) but without ink (albino). Also on reverse London Bishop mark '26/FE'. On front what appears to be charge of '10' although should be treated as a free frank. Small repair at top. (Ref 123705).
