    1781 MAIL USED IN LONDON WITH WESTMINSTER DOCKWRA HAND STAMP (L363) AND 'FARRELL' STRAIGHT LINE RECEIVER'S HAND STAMP. Fine letter from Lady Marchmont dated 15 May 1781 to 'Mr Collingwood, Foundling Hospital', on reverse fair strike Westminster Dockwra (L363) 'W/WE', light strike time hand stamp (L366) office 'T' and 2 o'CLOCK.  Also on reverse light strike 'FARRELL' straight line hand stamp of the London Penny Post receiver Mr Farrell, apparently this is the only recorded example of this stamp and location of receiver's office unknown. (Ref 123386).
