Very fine wrapper Stamford to Spalding with 1d (SG8) lettered QE, cut into at right, tied indistinct numeral and on reverse 'STAMFORD' date stamp MY 30 185 with date slug '3' omitted. Within fine printed contents 'CROWLAND and COWBIT WASHES DRAINAGE ACT...'. (Ref 141975).
