Fine envelope Tunbridge Wells to Zwolle, Holland charge '10' on front and at upper right fine strike '820' numeral of Tunbridge Wells. Within is letter dated 'Londres 5 September 1850' but a second almost identical item same correspondence suggests this letter was entered into the post at Tunbridge Wells. On reverse 'TUNBRIDGE-WELLS' and London date stamps 5 SP 1850. Unusual usage of the Tunbridge Wells numeral. (Ref 143006).
