Wrapper to 'Mr. Norwood, Attorney, Charing, Kent' dated 6th Feb 1826 and charged '6', on front light strike of the boxed 'No.3' receiving house hand stamp of Newington in black. On reverse good strike 'SITTINGBOURNE/PENNY POST' hand stamp in black (KT1094) and postage increased to '7' for Postmaster's local delivery. (Ref 125954).
