Wrapper, some creasing from London Dec 3 1823 to 'Tomkyns Dew Esq, Whitney Court, Herefordshire' charged '10', evidently missorted with manuscript 'Mifsent to Hereford' and alongside fine strike star shaped Inspector's mark in red. On reverse good strike 'HEREFORD/141' circular mileage mark DE 4 1823 and two strikes London date stamp DE 3 1823 with different codes. (Ref 144366).
