1805 MAIL GOSPORT, HANTS TO JERSEY MANUSCRIPT 'X POST Via Weymouth'. Letter from Gosport dated 5 Sep 1805 to 'Mr F Perrot, Jersey' post paid '11' and on front fair strike 'GOSPORT/74' mileage mark in black (HA467). Letter soiled but only internally and on front at lower left manuscript 'X Post Via Weymouth'. Unusual cross post manuscript. (Ref 141976).
