Fine medical report from Maiden Newton near Dorchester to the Life Assurance Office London, dated 12 Dec 1833 and charged "10" and on front good strike boxed "Dorchester/Py.Post" hand stamp in black (DT247) and fine strike boxed "No.5" receiver's hand stamp of Maiden Newton.
