PL.164(IK)(SG8)/PRINTED CONTENTS. 1854 wrapper with fine printed contents concerning newspaper sales of Devonshire newspapers between 1837 and 1850 to promote advertising from Exeter to Shaftesbury. Bearing fine 1d pl.164 lettered IK with close but clear to large margins cancelled "285" numeral of Exeter. On reverse fine strike "FORE-STREET-HILL" udc in dark blue and EXETER and SHAFTESBURY datestamps MR 1 1854 and MR 2 1854, both in YELLOW. (Ref 76500).
