1841 1D PL.10 (SG7)(DA) ON SMALL PIECE WITH 'DENT/PENNY POST' HAND STAMP (YK759) (CUMBRIA/WEST YORKS). Small piece with good used 1841 1d red pl.10 (SG7) lettered DA, just touched at lower right but part sheet marginal at left and cancelled very fine strike black Maltese Cross. Stamp also tied small part large part strike 'Dent/Penny Post' hand stamp in black (YK759). Dent is in Cumbria but historically in West Yorks. (Ref 129024).
