1850 1D ARCHER EXPERIMENTAL PERFORATION (SG16b) PL.99 LETTERED GK CANCELLED BLUE NUMERAL "29" OF ASHBURTON (DEVON). Good to fine used 1850 1d Archer pl.99 (SG16b) lettered GK, centred to right but cancelled very fine almost complete strike of the '29' numeral of Ashburton IN BLUE. Archers are known to be used in the West Country but few are seen with a blue cancellation. (Ref 90022).
